Ummmm.... What's the best package to buy?

Ok, so Im here to investigate and perhaps buy something, yet I am confused by the info on the products. Youve got a game engine, game engine advance and a game builder.

The game engine advance requires the ownership of TGE. So does that mean game engine?

I know this sounds silly to you, but not to me.

I can see that the advansed has added shaders for dx9. What is the game builder then?

Do you have a complete package, engine, editors, scripting/no scripting etc to create a game from scratch?

Any help is appreciated, but please dont laugh at me, Im already doing that. smile.
