adding custom .ico file for the .exe

How do I do this with torque? I have and can do this for direct X set up (via Tricks of the Windows Guru's) but am still unfamilair with how to do this automatically when you make a new build. . .and Ideas?

While we are on the subject can you tell me how add a .wav files? like when you click on the .exe a sound is activated.
