I got the engine as a present, and when i try to access the downloads page, it says i do not own the engine, is there some way to get past this, i need an exporter for 3ds max

    You need to use the account that the 'engine' was purchased from. Torque is none transferable, meaning it belongs to the account that payed for it. If you do not own that account you should not lawfully have the SDK. Also without that account you will never get to see the 'top secret' documentation...
