Why is the Orc huge in Max, and scaled smaller in Torque?

We've been having exporting issues for a while now, but we finally got it working, except scaling. Where is the orc scaled between max and torque? Why is he huge in max and in showtool pro, but regular size inside the game? To get our characters to the size that we want, we have to make them super super small, and that kinda sucks for zooming :D
Anyways, thanks ahead of time :)

Thanks for your help, but that still doesnt explain why the Orc is huge in max and the showtool and the right size in torque.

Oh, okay. sorry if that was a newbish question :) when we open it the grid is real small, so it looks something like 3000 units and my modelers have been harassing me :) Also, sorry for posting on a second account, the first is saved on my computer at school.

It's hard creating bones in max, at that super-tiny size.
How does everyone deal with that?
The default bone "size" is way too large when you draw them out, so you have to spend all this time shrinking each bone down. And you can't use scale either...
By the way, why does 1 torque meter=1 max unit? Couldn't we make 1 max unit equal whatever we want?
I have never really understood that...

The scale is kinda of annoying actually. It's hard creating bones in max, at that super-tiny size.

Torque Owner Thak
1 Max unit = 1 Torque Meter
Can't change it. Model at the required size. Dont use perspective view, use UserView in Max to get close enough.
So yes you have to make them super, super small. ;) But its really not much of a problem I modelled rats at 10 centimeters ingame size, heh, now thats Small!
