FPS Envronment Pack terrain dropouts in grey

I have recently bought FPS Environment pack, and my only problem, is I am seeing grey blocks in terrain, as I travel in game. Does anyone know if this is a bug or if this may be system inherient to the dropouts. If anyone has any suggestions on this I would truly appreciate some guidance.
