We (four students @ vienna university of technology) have been working the last 6 month on a small game. now we want to show off our results.

its a jump, run and rotate game where you have to solve small puzzles using your ability to rotate the world by 90 degrees.
find out more and play it on win and mac here:

That blew me away, in terms of coming up with a unique concept and implementing it, you guys did and amazing job. I'd love to see many more levels of this game.

Fell through the world in a number of places but I had a heck of a good time doing it!

From the screens and the description, it sounds like you hit the nail on the head. Unique graphics and creative gameplay equal a great game.

That last part was a joke. . .;D

I played the demo and had a lot of fun with it. I would suggest that either you step up the difficulty slower or offer hints or walkthroughs on your site or somethin' like that. I got stuck in the jungle level where you had to get past the monkey. My parts got rearanged 20 or so times before I gave up, lol. A cool feature would be a 9mm submachine gun, with phosporus, monkey-burning rounds in an unlimited ammo clip. . .lolThat last part was a joke. . .;D

Offer some hints within the levels and fix the fell throughs - and this thing rocks.

we know this thing still has a few bugs. maybe we should make this clear on the website, that it is more in a beta state then a final state. but we will be working on that (especially the falling-out-of-the-world bug)
it is a student project and was meant to show our game concept with actual gameplay. that is also why the two levels are not really a first and a second level...your right, the learning curve would be way to steep for that :-) we wanted to do one level that shows easy puzzles (and is also more focused on beating that highscore) and another that shows complex puzzles, in which one has to have advanced rotation skills :-) because we didnt have time to do a lot of levels we left out a few inbetween...

Please finish this game!

This is arguably the coolest project I've seen so far in TGB. It's really fun to play. I would totally buy this if the control was polished and the bugs were worked out. Please finish this game!

Thanks.

I'm really interested in trying this out, but I can't get the world to rotate. My cursor isn't there, either. Any suggestions? (Did I overlook something/something on the site?)Thanks.

the mouse cursor is hidden because you dont need the mouse anyway, hope it works now!

Normally you should be able to turn it with the left - right arrow keys, but you can change this in the settings (press esc to get there) where you can also switch to fullscreen,...the mouse cursor is hidden because you dont need the mouse anyway, hope it works now!

This is a seriously cool game, and the art style is fantastic! It's been something of a buzz flying around the TGB team here, everyone really likes it! Great work!
