I'm clueless about Think Tanks game stuff, but you might need to e-mail someone at Garage Games directly. I'm not sure who, but just as a guess, maybe Rick Overman (because of the web and server stuff) or Benjamin Bradley (just 'cause he's a super-cool guy). Hopefully one of them can help or transfer you to someone who handles Think Tanks issues.
