TSE on Intel g965?

I'm trying to run TSE on an Intel 965 using the GMA X3000 integrated graphics system. I get the following error:
"Failed to intialize Direct3D! Make sure you have DirectX 9 intalled, and are running a graphics card that supports Pixel Shader 1.1."
To the best of my research this chip supports Pixel Shader 2+. Now I know this is a new card, I've updated the drivers and Direct X. We'd like our TSE based product to support these chips. I'm trying to figure out whether this is a driver issue, Torque issue, or if the chip doesn't actually support Pixel Shader. Can anyone shed any light on my situation?
Thanks,
Gabe Huntington

Be sure it is a TSE issue.

GMA X3000 according to INTEL even has native DX10 support. Be sure it is a TSE issue.

You can find it in the General discussion page on the
Private TSE forum.I can provide the link later.
Im in a rush now(time to go home).
Its because there is no Transform Lighting Pixel Shader or Vertext Shader support written in the driver yet.
I think its the end of feb. when the full drivers to be released.
If you find something I dont, then please post it.
