Tdn Access Bug

I have no access to TDN. I own the TGE 1.5 purchased 2 days ago
I have tried deleting all cookies closeing down, using ei, using firefox, logging out and back in countless times. Still nothing.
Is there something I have to do to register for TDN?
the page it sends me to is:

and states
Torque Developer Network is in Beta!
tdn.garagegames.com is under construction. Check back here or at the GarageGames home page to find out when TDN goes live. If you are a Torque licensee, click the login link in the top right to access TDN.
If I am logged in already I get:
Sorry, you must own a GG developer product (TGE, TSE, T2D, RTS-SK, Lighting pack, or Constructor) or be a GG Associate in order to qualify for the TDN beta.
otherwise I get the login page then I get the above message.
