Where is the Modeler's Guide in 1.5?

I can't find the Modeler's Guide for the TLK I bought with my Torque 1.5. Is the manual a separate download I missed somewhere or just hidden in a folder? I'm trying to set the receiveLMLighting parameter with script on a StaticShape I'm mounting and figured that would be a good place to start.
