Is first responder deprecated in TSE(M4.5)?

Hi I was wondering if anybody knows if firstrepsonder for gui focus is in TSE, I know as of 1.4 TGE it has become deprecated but I was wondering if this is also true for TSE (milestone 4.5)? Sorry for the question but Im working through GPGT book and dont know for sure if this is the case.

Actually, I've been unable to download via CVS. However, it appears MS4 is now available as a .zip.
