Problem purchasing the TGB Adventure Pack online

Hi guys,
Every time I try to puchase the adventure pack I get this message:
Error: km3291
We are unable to proccess this card online.
Use the mail in check payment option or phone GarageGames to place your order and mention this error.
To Order Call: (541) 345-3040
I have Indie Licenses for TGE, TSE and TGB and these were all purchased with the same card without a hitch and I can purchase from other sites without any problems so it cant be the card.
I changed from 56k to Broad band after purchasing the licenses and thus had to change my e-mail address but with the new e-mail address I have no problem downloading upgrades for my TGE, TGB and TSE
I sent an e-mail to purchasing@garagegames on the 25th/8/06 and got no response and tried the phone number above but no go, can someone point in the right direction to resolving this please :) as I'm hanging out to get hold of the Adventure kit.

Thanks for the reply mate, I'll send the e-mail and see how I go, I did try that number before I posted my e-mail but no go, maybe theres another prefix number I need to add when ringing from Western Australia to the USA?
Anyway, thanks and I'll give it a go and let you know what happens ;)

99% of the time, this is our credit card processor rejecting the card as invalid, which we find 50% of the time is inaccurate but some small detail sets it off. It doesn't happy very often at all, and you just happened to be a lucky one. Unfortunately, what the credit card processor does is out of our control, but there are ways around it.
Please send an email to karenp@garagegames.com with this transcript, or call 541-345-3040 and punch in extension 108.
