Edit TSE Terrain In TGE?

Hi, since TSE doesn't allow you to edit terrain does anyone know if you can edit terrain in TGE then import it into TSE?

Legacy terrain, yes. Atlas terrain, no. There's a TDN article that describes how to do it with Atlas.
