Trying to get team together

by Bryanna Burgin · in Jobs · 09/27/2006 (9:15 am) · 3 replies

Hello,
I am trying to get a team together for a 3d first person action game, and possible longer for other projects. I currently do not have much done, but I am willing to share my game design doc if you are interested.

Premise of the story is an adolecent whose delusions/ nightmares get loose into the real world. PG-13. Gothic/ Urban Fantasy genre.

I am hoping that this will be the first of many games. However, I cannot offer any monentary compensation as I am a college student (read as "broke"). If the game eventually goes retail, percentages will be offered.

Looking for all talents: Artists (2d, 3d, concept), Programmers, Level Writers ect.

Contact at: kolangdon@hotmail.com

Thank you.

Hi, I was wondering if maybe I could join your team. First I will just let you know I do not have any experience with either Torque or modelling software. However I'm a keep learner and just want to be part of a team so I can learn from their ideas. I'm usually quite good at adapting to these kind of challenges. All I need is a push in the right direction, a little tutorial and some motivation from like minded people. Let me know if it is possible. Look forward to hearing from you.

Bryanna,

I have been working on a game called "Strange Days" that has a similar back story to yours, in that fears and paranoid delusions are manifesting themselves in the real world. Although in my game in is due to the unforseen implications of Governments using mind control.

Anyway, I was wondering if you were interested in joining forces. Have a look at Strange Days and let me know if you are interest.

I've been working on this solo and can cover most areas of development, but I'm looking for help in any area of develop just to decrease the work load.

I've sent you an e-mail Bryanna. Sounds like your project, Chris's project, and my project can benefit from grouping up. Get back to me.
