Creating cinemas in tge

I check on the network for this and there was a private post on this topic so I decide to come here and post my question I hope someone can answer it. I was wondering if anyone knows how to create CG's in a game for the tge or shader I own both and I'm currently work on a project and my project will have a few CG's in it. If anyone can help me or send me a code for it. It would be great!

Encode your movies in the Theora format and use the Theora GUI control.

I'm really new with TGE developement but this may be the answer to my problem also...Does this have to do with showing video files inside the TGE game world environment?

Does anyone have any suggections how I can encode my movies in the Theora format. So far I haven't been able to find a conversion utility or any information on the Theora format.
