PlayGui not a valid object

I am getting a stoppage at the point of entry to my game and came to discover is believes playGui is not a valid object.. so something is not loading right.. has anyone else seen this issue and if so, how can i fix it, where is it supposed to load this Gui from? I have it in my folder so i am at a loss.
