I cant find a detail document on how to using it.
what is
1. activeTileClass?
2. t2dActiveTileDatablock?

now I know I need to use C++ if I want to use them.
Is there any tutorial about it? As it seem to be great.

There are not tutorials on using them unfortunately as they're a pretty low-level and specialised feature. Someday we'll have tutorials on all this stuff.- Melv.

I know this is old but I was wonder if there was a location that I could view the Active Tile movies at. They don't appear to be on the sight anymore.

It requires you to create them in C++. You can then specify your own custom tile-types from scripts using the function/datablock you mention.
