Thats probably a working title, but we'll see. ;)

Just thought I'd post an in-progress screenie seeing as this forum doesn't get many updates. :)
I originally made this game back in 2001 but due to lack of marketing skills (and general game development skills!), it didn't do all that great. Still, the reviews it got were pretty good so I thought it would make a good first project in TGB. The gameplay is very simple. You're constantly bouncing at a fixed height, and you must go around the levels collecting the stars while trying to avoid the traps. The game starts out pretty easy, but as the levels go on you'll encounter more complicated levels and traps which are much harder to avoid. I'm sure the cute colourful graphics will put some people off, but its something I like, so they're here to stay. ;)
I may have a demo fairly soonish, it all depends on how things progress, but whatever progress occurs, I'll be sure to update here.
Thanks for taking a look!

I would suggest adding some variation to your final art so the repeating tiles are not so obvious. For instance, make a bunch of variations of the rock platforms where the grass goes in different directions, has missing or cracked rocks, has slightly different shapes, etc.

It looks fun! IMHO, the style looks great. =)I would suggest adding some variation to your final art so the repeating tiles are not so obvious. Very nice and eye-pleasing visual style, looking forward to it.

I would agree with Unk on the added production art, but the game looks and sounds enjoyable Simple concept, to the point entertainment ... can't wait for a demo.

Here's an in-progress screenshot of the second zone which takes place in a tomb/pyramid type setting.

There's a thin layer of mist that scrolls across the level, but its not very apparent in a still capture.

Graphics remind me of Kirby. We don't see enough of that sort of thing.
