Torque Game Builder is better for this job. and yes. yes. Y-E-S. TGB makes great card games. Look at Puzzle Poker for example.

Technically speaking, the answer is no. Torque can not create card games :P Torque can not create anything

Depending on just how crazy you wanted to get with card-gaming, VASSAL might be worth looking into as well. The networking is better there than TGB's right now, so you could do up a little prototype and get your art sorted, and see how well it actually plays.

I wanna Create A horror Game I'm gonna hire some people from Maxon's 4d C .
If i have my character's done in High poly would it work well with Torque ???
Making something like Resident Evil 4/Silent Hill . Or A adventure/Zelda type game
Which would sell better ?

Whichever game you make better will sell better.

I realize that advice is useless, but it's the truth. It's not like you're asking "should I make a text-based Rogue-like game or an FPS".

Actually to be precise, which ever one you market better will sell better.
I've seen complete crap games with good marketing sell like hotcakes, while really good games with crap marketing end up in the bargain bin at walmart. :(
