List of TGB developers - Please Add Your Name
by Anton Bursch · in Torque Game Builder · 07/09/2006 (2:52 pm) · 310 replies
Hey guys and gals. If you are a TGB developer, please list yourself here. There's some need for TGB developers and nobody seems to know who they are. So, for the sake of making money, please list yourself here. Or, if you don't want to work on new stuff, please leave your name anyway so we can see who everyone is. Also, please mention if you are an artist and/or programmer. That way we can start seeing who does what. Both Artists and Programmers who know what they are doing with TGB are becoming something of a rarity to find. Please add yourself here. Thanks.

I design and direct games for Somatic Vision. We primarily make games for use with biofeedback, but our latest game, Tropical Heat, a jet ski racing game, is for regular gamers and is available on PC/Mac and will be available on ipad and iphone soon.

EDIT: I always manage to find something new to learn from Jeff!

I would completely agree with Jeff, in fact I've used this thread for more of a selfish reason, for gratification at seeing how many active devs we have on TGB.EDIT: I always manage to find something new to learn from Jeff!

Programmer/Scripter
Fluent in VB6, PHP, C#
Experienced in Perl, Python, BASH, C, C++, Pascal/Delphi ... and more added regularly
This also seems an appropriate place to make this comment, so I will ...
It appears that our personal profiles don't have any mention of the Torque tools we utilize. There is a skill section, which is fairly useless in my opinion as it simply goes over a general broad spectrum of skills "Programming, Art, Director, Producer", etc, etc ...
Would it be at all possible to modify user profiles to allow other people to search on a more accurate basis, such as "Search for all TGB Programmers" or "Search for all TGB developers who are Scripters or Programmers or Artists". This functionality would appear to be useful to many, including the Torque team as Joe has stated a need and/or want to take advantage of the TGB community to help better the products documentation and tutorials.
Just a mere suggestion, take it as is ...
PS: This would also be useful for TSE, TGE and Torque X communities as well ...

EDIT: Added personal info, added GGE Badge
