Imagemaps slightly moving after running level (OS X)

I'm working on a platformer, and having a bit of trouble with the ground. It's at odd angles so i cut the original PNG up into small sections so i can make many small collision polygons. I Zoom in and line them up perfectly in the Level Editor (with Snap to Grid turned off) and then save and run the level. In the game they are no longer lined up perfectly. When I hit Stop and go back to the Level Editor the positions have changed. The coordinates in the Scene Object section have actually changed also. Any ideas why this is happening?

I've been having a similar problem, except in Windows XP. I am new to TGB and have been working through the Whack-A-Mole tutorial. I'm actually going through it a second time after having this occur to me part way into it the first time. At two seperate points in the tutorial, some objects inexplicably resized and repositioned themselves in both the level and level editor. I checked the level file, and noticed that two lines had been deleted from each object definition, frame = "0"; and config = "respawnPointDatablock";. I tried manually editing the file, but TGB wouldn't recognize the changes. I'm not even sure if this is the cause of the resizing/repositioning, but it's a problem for sure. Any help would be appreciated.

In my case it turned out to be a seperate issue. It was indeed because of the loss of the association with a datablock. Using Torsion's precompiler and restarting TGB causes the problem.
