New level: Giga Bounce

Now available from me, a simple level called Giga Bounce. If you want it, you know what to do.

There are two problems I found btw:
1, The IBT should be a tad higher so when it restarts it you dont go oob.
2. The gold time should be roughly around 15 instead of 30. My best is 14.06.

I also realize you can get to the finish pad without going all the way down.

If you go all the way to the bottom, there's a super bounce. You then activate it and bounce waaaaaaaay up to the finish. That was my plan.

Oh, i just roll diagonally to the edge jump off, land on the finish platform and go onto finish.
