Beeeeter idea

I have a good idea. Im calling it crosshair. It's where there are two teams, each team has to target someone on the other team. But those targets dont know they are the targets and neither does the rest of their team.

How many people per team? MMOFPTS (massive multi online first person team shooter..hehe)

TGE can handle about 64 people max before getting laggy, so 32 peeps per team

That depends on your environments, models, how much is happening at once, etc. That number can be higher or lower depending on many, many factors.

But it sounds kind of like The Ship, which was fun until you found people hanging out in places like the ballroom just so they wouldn't get killed by their target. Unfortunately, it meant that they didn't kill their target, either.
