Can you use Rhino to create guns for torque?

#1 Usually when you look for a modeler it's good to A) try it first, a good modeling program doesn't mean it makes your art good or is neccessarily easy B) check various extensions

In your case I think you're safe though as it exports to .3ds I believe. .3ds is a very popular format so all you have to do is find a program that exports to .dts.

.dts is the file format that Torque uses for shapes other than Interiors AKA buildings. I'm sure it lets you export to other file formats so you could model in Rhino then export to something that MilkShape about $20 or Blender Free that can export as .dts

#4 You cannot. It's unsupported. However, you could export your mesh as a .3ds or another format, import into milkshape, and export as a .dts.

#5 You could to model with but you would need another modeler to eport to then from that modeler you would need to export to .dts
