Error allocating virtual memory

Hi,
I upgraded my iMac G4 800 to OS 10.3.9 and had a memory leak that caused my hard drive to fill up. That problem has been fixed but now when I start up Think Tanks v1.1, I receive the "Error allocating virtual memory" dialog and the game quits. I have 11gig of HD space and 512 dram. Any ideas? Used to run great before the system upgrade.
