So what does this EYE icon?

I was playin around with a dif file exported from Torque Pipeline and I noticed this grey eye icon right next to the grey square (interior file). Never saw it before and I wonder what does it mean..

Hell, hmm, I recall I just placing the thing there; and if it had this property how would I be able to see and select and actually even delete it? I should look more into it. I am using plain TGE 1.4.
