Two wheeled vehicles?

Is it possible to make two wheeled vehicles with TGE? things that will fall if not moving, or that have more narrow structures, and just two wheels. Basicly everything a real bike or motorcycle will do. Does anyone know anyone who has done this? Im curious how.
