Indie Licence question

I have bought Indie Licence for Torque Game Engine, and Indie Licence for Torque Shader Engine.
I Understand I can make a game based on Torque Shader Engine. If I Want to make a second game on Torque Shader Engine I Must buy Torque Shader Commercial Licence.
But...
Can I make a second game based on Torque Game Engine Without buying no more Licence?
I Ask this question for a transition period in which my "game" income must be greater than the commercial licence cost.
Any GG Answers?

I Have read (don't remember where) that's Indie Licence is only for one game. I'm unable to find where is this licence for now. More, I make tools for Torque (that's not really games). And I must say that's this licence is not really clear for me.

The Indie license for TGE may be found here:
www.garagegames.com/pg/product/eula.php?id=1
and the Indie license for TSE may be found here:
www.garagegames.com/pg/product/eula.php?id=28
I'd recommend that you read through both of them to know what rights they grant and what restrictions are in place. They're an easy read. Sections 2 and 3 are what you're most likely interested in.

The EULAs for the content packs are generally for a single product, so that may be where you saw it.T.
