Ignition problems / can't register

Greetings: I have been unable to register my copy of Orbz by either online registration or offline "ignition file" method. When trying online I get the following message:
With the ignition file, well, the app just doesn't seem to see the ignition file. Tried on 2 diferent Macs booted from 3 different drives running OS 10.2.8 through 10.3.9. I have scoured these posts and tried everything ever suggested by anyone at least twice plus a few of my own, including
-downloading fresh copies of Orbz
-downloading ignition file via 3 different browsers
-puting the ignition file in a directory other than the one specified just for kicks
-stand on my head and manipulate mouse with toes (well, maybe not..)
Previous support requests have gone unanswered. Any ideas anyone?
