Clarification on a Tribes rumor

Recently at TribalWar, there have been some rumors flying around about GarageGames making another addition to the Tribes series or possibly a spiritual successor. All this resulted from a video posted at the TW forums and also a photo that resembles Tribes armor design. The photo itself comes from developer Tim Aste's blog.
Any chance on clearing this up? I'm rather skeptical about this whole deal myself...there are only so many ways you can do armor and the video could very well be a tech demo or test of the TSE.

Who ever that is better be carefull tripping over the power cable to that Sceptre monitor... their power supplys have known issues that cause failure if not properly power-downed :P
