New Projects

I'm probably missing it somewhere simple, but how can I add a new project now. I remember the old site it was under your profile, link "Add Project" but can't seem to find it now. Anyone offer to any assistance for me?

Community -> Projects -> More Projects -> List your own project ;o)

I don't see the list your own project link. The only way that I've been able to find it was to go to Developer > Marketplace > Projects > List Project.

I don't see it in Firefox 1.5 or Safari. Haven't tried IE. It seems to hide regardless of whether I'm in Wndows or OS X.
