Using map2dif_plus with 3ds max 7

You can ask it at the autor: he gives me the plugin.

Hi Riccardo,
Could you email me the files needed for max2map export ? I have the TGE SDK but cant find them anywhere for max 7.

You have to model everything as closed *convex* volumes/brushes in order to be able to convert them into an Interior (.dif). A cube is a closed convex volume. A cube missing a face is neither closed or convex.
