Can't get into New Map on Dash Bash

Hi. I'm a regular player (X2(squared)), MD2020) on ThinkTanks on the Dash Bash map. As of today, a new map (Whoopee Plains) appeared, and I get kicked out of that map with the message "packet error." I suspect this problem is because of a terrain file or whatever that I don't have, but I'm not sure. Any advice?

Addendum: I applied the last mod pack (10/31/05), but still get "packet error" on the Whoopee Plains map.
