I have no record of a username/password either. I keep all those mails in one mailbox and have none from your site. I don't think I ever signed up to the site, just downloaded the trial by putting in my email and then licensed by going to the link you mailed me. But it has been so long since the first release I may be wrong or have forgotten.
I can't find anywhere to create a new account on your site. There is some stuff in French on the login page that I don't understand, but none of it looks like a "create new login" link.
I'd like to be able to download the binaries when they are ready this week, so please could you provide some way to create an account or point me to the right page?
Found the place to create an account but no mail recieved yet
Hey Vincent, next day and still no email from the account setup program on your forums. I know I gave the right address as I tried it again and it said the email address and username were already in use. Looks like you have a prob with the mail sender
Thanks,
Dave.

Hello Vincent, anybody there?? I've sent you a mail as well, but no response. I think you should offer a little bit of support to people who have bought your product. Just an acknowledgment would be nice.

Dave, I'm working fully on HTC for MS4.2. MS4.2 seems to have a robust Atlas Engine. So HTC for MS4.2 will come on Monday or tuesday. Actual version of HTC (for MS4.0) is only open for Test purpose to HTC Full source code owners. So please wait a few day to have HTC for MS4.2.

Please can you send me a login for your site when you have time. I have already registered as I mentioned but got no email from the site. No rush, but I will need it to download the new version I would guess.
Thanks,
Dave.

Hey Vincent, no response to my email after a couple of weeks again. Any news on the beta test and how it's progressing?

Hey Vincent, this is very tedious. If you can't support products you shouldn't sell them. Please can you give me access to your forums (even though nobody seems to use them). As you won't answer your customers either here or via your email address I would like to try the forums on your site, but I can't as I don't have write permission due to the registration process failing.

Trying to contact Vincent once more. I am assuming he gets a mail when this thread is updated, but could be wrong judging by his lack of commitment to his customers.

At this stage I would recommend that nobody buys anything from this guy.

I think it is only him making the HTC, so i think it has a lot lot to do with waiting fir certain updates from GG, but i could be wrong. The was a point like this not long after I bought, and Vincent ended up contacting me after a period, like i said i think it's just him. But i could be wrong, but I would hate to think he has robed us, i just think he should have waited before releasing it, he really a nice guy, probably got in over his head in work.Cheers

Thx Bobby, still I think one reply on this forum wouldn't damage his schedule much. Be nice to know he gives a &^%* about his customers wouldn't it? :-(

Fair enough if he is busy with a new version, but a post on his website, in his forums or here wouldn't go amiss to the people that have paid for this product.

I also bought HTC when it first came out, and have been following your posts Dave as I have also heard nothing. It will certainly make me think twice before purchasing anything again from him if this is the level of customer service we can expect.Fair enough if he is busy with a new version, but a post on his website, in his forums or here wouldn't go amiss to the people that have paid for this product.

Absolutely, I'm more patient because im in school and have some time to wait, even though his implementation is turning out to be a good study. There are people here at GG that know him i believe, maybe there is somthing going on. I'm not sure where he lives but I know he has trouble with English sometimes so i think he isn't from the states, french right? Is there problem getting Internet where he is from I wonder. Maybe he will respond if I send him mail, i will try as well, he may be unable to respond.cheers,
Bobby
