Fixed) Dev Snapshot Submission error

I Tried to post a devSnapshot. I filled all the fields. I fill Image Fields with c:\HTC.jpeg and I got :

Error: Invalid file type '' (allowed: jpeg)
Error: This field is Required

Why?

Please Help, I really would like to send my SnapDev...


I tried to save my Jpeg File with Gimp and Paint Brush... Same Result :

My is 640x960 and is less than 100k. :(

PS : I Also Tried c:\HTC.bmp, c:\HTC.jpg, Using browse button, filling it directly... None of these solutions works...
