Ranking server

Are there any wheels in motion for restoring the ranking server for Orbz? Would be nice to know if problem is being worked on or not.

    Unfortunately, Justin, this went on for 3 or 4 days. It has been another 3 or 4 days since the servers have been fully functional. We don't hear anything from you guys and it gets frustrating.

    Also, us pc/mac/linux guys are the ones who helped make Orbz what it is today. Isn't there maybe a little room for us? I doubt toe many of us are going to go out and buy an Xbox. I was trying to remain patient, but the overjoyed tone of your announcement post irked me just a touch.

    You know Muf, I felt let down...caught myself making mental plans on how I could bugdet in an X-Box. But then, do I still buy the PC version? Will the nursing home I will be in by the time it comes out let me play enough to keep my rank up?

    No offense, Justin, we appreciate you, but I have to agree with Muf. We have been nothing if not loyal. And to think of "50 New Levels"....but not for the "established following"...not yet. Not yet.


    Well sometimes it gets hard to be humble.

    And by the way...as I write this...ranking servers are down again. Sigh.

    OK..........As a fairly long time Orbz player and supporter ....... I read the post ........ your announcement of the game being available for Xbox now and sighed.
    I then got in my car and drove to Best Buy to find the cost of this Xbox thingy.
    It seems the initial console is around $150 .
    Then it seems , I need a router in order to make the Xbox work with my computer's modem.($40)
    Then I need to buy a start up package for $69.95 which includes some "stuff" and two games that I have never heard of.
    So , I was looking at well over $200 in order to be able to play the newest version of Orbz!
    Ouch!
    This is not good!
    Justin..........there IS a loyal following online and I hope there will be many more new players joining in .......who use their computers to play the game rather than a game console.
    and , well.........some of us are getting older so please hurry with PC Orbz 3 !!!

    I hear you Mary, Matt, Deborah, and the many people who have emailed me since the announcement. We are doing our best to port Orbz for XBLA back to the PC (along with a few enhancements) for the PC users out there. We are blown away by the support you have all shown for 21-6 and Orbz. We will do everyhting in our power to keep the goodness flowing!
