S3 Savage- Graphics Messed Up

Hello,

I have been a long time ThinkTanks player and I tried to install it on my IBM Thinkpad Laptop, I started the game and entered the registration code-

Problem is, the text is messed up. It's mostly lines and it is very garbled. So I can't see the text. Eventually I did type in the right code and registered the game up.

So I go on with the game nomally and I start up a test Quick Play game. Another big problem arises.

The ground is white and pink, and the tank's texture repeats as if it was tiled. The sky is all one color and the HUD flashes on and off, and the player name/bot text is garbled the same as the registration screen.

Here is some system info:

IBM Thinkpad T22
Windows XP SP2
128MB System RAM
S3 Savage 8MB Video
Pentium III 900Mhz
