Mouse over not underlining correct item

At the left side of the screen where all the links are there is some strangeness with what gets underlined.
Mouse over Forums, Subscribed Forums, Read unread posts, or edit subscriptions and nothing gets underlined. Then hover of search forums and Resources becomes underlined.
The same behavior for all sections. Whenever you hover over the last item the headr of the next section becomes underlined.

Yes, the problem actually only exists currently in IE. Other browsers don't have the same issue.

Works fine in Opera 8.0 and Firefox 1.0
In IE 6.0 however:
Yellow underlining of the menu headings (forums, resource etc) are vacant unless you mouse over the last menu item of the menu above.
Eg, "Resources" is not underlined, unless you mouse over "Search Forums" above it.
In general the menu links do not have a yellow background when mouse over happens like it does in Opera and Firefox.

I noticed this also.Works fine in Opera 8.0 and Firefox 1.0
