It's become a Instructor's Resource CD. With PowerPoint slides, Exams & Discussion points, Lecture Notes, etc.

Contact Thompson via your school/university/college sourcing dept. and tell em to contact their Thompson Rep. Tell 'em I sent you, and it you should get it for free.

Any chance of getting that CD without being related to a scholl/university/college ? And I'm not sure that we have a Thompsom Rep. here in Brazil...
