CD Download or Replacement CD

I made 2 mistakes, one was i forgot to back up my CD, 2nd was i had it laying on my desk and my brothers little girl knoced it off and and it broke.
Anyway i can get a replacement cd with all the tools, or somewhere to Download the cd since i do own a copy of cd and book?

Use the CD Replacement Form at the publisher's site.

Same exact thing happened to me; just i was in a taxi with a bad driver. My book was in my suitcase, and my CD was in the book.

I went to the CoursePTR website (www.courseptr.com) and they have a link - in tech support (I think) for ordering replacement CDs if your's was damaged. Mine came with a crack in it that looked that the greek letter "Psi". Weirdest thing I've ever seen, as the crack didn't penetrate the surface - you could run your finger over it and not feel it - but it was there and covering most of the programs on the CD. (Quark, Milkshape, etc.)

I put in for my replacement and the form said it would be about 2 weeks before I got it.
