What would you like in a New LightWave DTS Exporter?

Greetings!
If someone were to be working on a new version of the LightWave DTS Exporter, even perhaps a Pro version that cost a little, what would you like to see in it? How could the existing exporter be improved?
Obviously, the rest of the DTS feature set would be included:
- Sorted meshes
- Full ground transformation support
- Custom bounding boxes
What else would make your LW DTS exporter life better?
Oh, and I can neither confirm nor deny that someone may or may not be working on or not working on such a beast. This is all purely hypothetical. :o)

@Dave I love your exporter, It is great. At this point I don't know what I would want added to it. Please don't let that keep you from adding stuff I don't realize I want/need :)

I would love to be able to create an interior (even using strictly legal shapes like cubes, wedges, etc.), be able to surface and bake it to textures, then export it as a Valve 220 MAP file. Obviously once I had the MAP file I could import it into QuArK, Cartography Shop or even the new Torque Constructor when its released. To add another feature on top would be that when I look at the texture placement and scale in QuArK, etc., that it looks the same as it did in Lightwave. I'll wake up now :) or how about a DTS to MAP convertor by some means. I'd pay for a Pro version that did any of this in a heartbeat.

The exporter works great, but learning the limitations to your workflow are more frustrating than learning a different program if you've been using LW for a while.

Greenbriar studios has a .map exporter, but you'll have to change a good portion of your LW workflow to accomodate for the exporter. It's nice in theory...but often very different in practice because you're pounding a square CSG peg into a round polysoup hole. The exporter works great, but learning the limitations to your workflow are more frustrating than learning a different program if you've been using LW for a while.

Not really an exporter feature but it would be cool to have an example rigged player character with animated bones. Similar to the Bravetree Pack but LW specific.

BVH support. Beaing able to like the mesh to a Motion file, So they can be shared.

it would be nice to have the possibility to select only some layer in the animation. This will allow the effect to have "pieces" of the object appears only in specific animations. The current version as something similar, but I did not get any chance to make it work. Useful for animating evolving models (like buildings or characters that get additional pieces).
A bug fix: the cubic texture projection seems not to work. I have to use 2 planar projections.
Thank you
Angelo

I would love "Match Goal Orientation" to work :(
