Estimated Date on the Offical GG books?

I was wondering when the "Official" Gargage Games books are expected?
Specially the one concerned with the C++ side of things. With so much information about the "other" aspecks of the engine already advailable I think this particular book will have the highest demand.

We're working as hard as we can to get them out. :) I'm sure Josh can speak with more authority and depth on this. I'll just say that it's a long, hard road to get a book out...

Woah woah woah...... whats this now? An official (series) of books?

Either of you point me to more information on this or is there not a press release or anything? Also, is it possible for people outside of the Employee/Associate circle to contribute to this?
