Display Shake/Shimmer

Hello,
I am relatively new to the Torque Game engine and I am experiencing an problem when I load certain demos. The display content will appear to shake as if it attempting to display two identical images offset by approximately 1-inch horizontally.
Does anyone know what could be causing this. Is it a OpenGL/DirectX issue?
