Dollar Tree Ilegally selling Marble Blast?

I was stopping by the Dollar Tree store to look for Christmas gifts for my sister, when i noticed that there was a cardboard box with PC games in them. I noticed several copies of Marble Blaster instead of Marble Blast. I was getting the idea that they may be copying the game, putting it on CDs of their own, and selling them. Could i be wrong?

It is Marble Blast (not gold) version, and available for PC only through eGames. There is also a version of Chain Reaction called Gadgets available.

Even if it is, there's a big difference between 1.00 and 20.00.
And why the name change?
And why is my big toe still purple after i jammed it 2 months ago.

1. 28 all new advance levels.
2. Harder "Gold times"
Gold will also give you access to more custom levels, as many custom level builders have used parts from Gold levels in their levels.

How do other MarbleBlaster feel about this?

I wonder why they call it "MarbleBlaster though. I don't like anything that dilutes the sanctity of MarbleBlast. How do other MarbleBlaster feel about this?
