Resource Approval

Greetings,
I have posted two resources previously and they were approved with a day. However, I have posted a third resource and it has been three days and nothing. Can someone explain the process of resource approval and what might make it not be approved?
Thanks.

Thanks, I completely understand. Other than spam is what would make a resource not be approved?
Thanks.

Basically, we approve resources that we think are good and useful to people.

Is there any feed back on rejected ressources?

Anyways, speaking from experience it is currently about 7-10 days turn around time, however I have had instances of resources approving same day, I think it's just when some says something like "Hey man, you checked the in box lately?"

There is usually not. Much like with publishing, we haven't the time to give personal attention to every resource that comes through the system...

Which actually isn't a bad thing if the "revival" question/comment is on point to the original discussion!
With the enhanced searching capability, it will become very common in the future for things like this, and it is much better to have only a few discussion threads on a particular topic than 15 copies of the exact same question in different threads.
So the "don't revive old posts" type of community thought is probably one that as a community we should reconsider---as long as the poster understands that things in the very early posts of a particular thread may not be appropriate months/years down the road!
