Villager and Town Center

This is based off of Steven Zepps work on buildings it includes code for a villager, resource spawning, and Town Center creation. Now there are a lot of hooks into the sytem I hope I got them all. Hope this helps give people a start.

Working on that, and then I'll make the resource available!
FYI, artwork is still being processed. John is working on getting our shop model working, as well as a town center. Once we get a town center model, we'll be able to make a display portrait for it.
@Anthony: did you happen to make _h/_i/_n/_d icons for each of the different building types in your villager command menu, or did you just use the buildingPortrait as a placeholder?
If you have icons made, and customized for each building type awesome--can you email them to me? If not, I can make some placeholders in the resource until we get some additional icons.

Ok, I have all but the villager giving commands instead of gui build buttons aspect implemented now.Working on that, and then I'll make the resource available!

Is it important to have the resource thing implemented before i implement this?

So no, this will be a drop in and play installer that only requires the most recent version of the RTS SK released so far.
EDIT: If you are talking about Anthony's link above, then yes--it not only requires the in game resource management stuff, but also requires a lot of code from the Building Actions resource that hasn't even been released yet!
The installer I am building includes most, if not all, or Anthony's work, integrated into the rest of the add on.

The art is still in finishing stages, and I've taken most of Anthony's contributions in the link above and integrated them so they work in a dedicated environment as well.
EDIT: As Anthony mentions in his readme, it uses a lot of hooks to the RS-BA resource we're working on, which isn't actually available publically quite yet--we're planning on posting it in the next day or so. Many of the hooks in Anthony's work aren't available yet, so it probably won't be able to be fully implemented, but much of the stuff should work ok at first glance!
