Torque version of Realm Wars

Im just wondering what version of torque is Realm Wars? I am trying to install a patch that is setup for diffrent versions of torque but im not sure witch patch to use.

RW runs on 1_2_2 with some post torque_1_2_2 stuff already added to it.
If I find some time I will update it to 1_3.

I do have another question tho. Since we can use RW sorce for our own projects does that also mean that we can make our own game with it and still sell it?
