Wanna to build a library

For several months now I have toyed with the idea of doing a shader library, either as a resource or if conprehensive maybe as a game pack. Well up till now my poor G force 3 wasn't going to allow me to do anything particulary "cutting edge". However I have just recently got a new powerful multimedia laptop, which supports 2.0 shaders and even opengl 2.0 shaders. So as I begin studing how best to make the shaders library I was wondering if there are any other graphic geeks out there that would like to help or contribute. If so email me at anthony@maxgaming.net.
I am thinking along the lines of:
Brick shader
Wood Shader
Marble Shader
Cell Shader
Stripe Shader
to name a few. If you have any other ideas of types of shader please post them here and I will see what might be involved in it.

Some I would like to see,
using the cloud layers to cast shadows on the terrain.
Water caustics? You shouldn't 'need' water in TSE to do it.
Water reflecting onto walls and such?
Colour shaders, as-in, giving the scene a differant tone, removing vibrancy(sp?) and such, like FarCry I guess, the "Cold" shader in particular.
You'll probably want to supply textures and normal maps for the brick, wood and marble shaders, give people an idea on what they should look like and function like.
