Synapse lighting pack

Hi all. I bought the lighting code pack for TGE from Synapse gaming a little while ago. I read through the documentation and I still can't figure out what the hell I'm supposed to do to install this thing. I am working with a clean copy of the latest HEAD. I cant even understand where to copy the stuff to. Can someone please help to explain this to me? Thanks,
