Unable to log in

I am having trouble logging in. It was perfectly fine this morning, But in the afternoon, Cannot log in. I can connect to the internet fine through my router, but not onto online orbz for some reason. Can any of you help me?

Hey Chevy, if your going to post then you might as well make it a worthwhile post rather than a me, too. The server is down as i just found out many other players online could not log in with rank as well.

I can still not log in today. Apparently, the server is still down and needs to be fixed. It's strange, last night, some people got on with their ranks but others not.

In addition to that, many of the matches took a while to go back to the lobby after a game & there were lags in the lobby as well.

Yes, and somehow, when the host left, there would be a hostless room. (quite humorous actually) and when we tried to vote a newhost nothing would happen. Last night: Texana has left the room. Texana is now host. lol

It's still going on. Screen will freeze for seconds multiple times during the game. Shows up during chat as well--long pauses then a burst of text.

Still lagging on all servers now, but when you host your own server, your rank shows up and everything runs fine. Hmm....

At 11:00 EST, it looks like rank is working but servers still pretty messed up otherwise.

Servers(?) all screwy. When finally get in on public servers, no rank is posted. Instead of lag it is "freeze". Private servers show rank, but still have lag issues....help! Need my orbz fix!texana

Freezing occurs after matches. still hostless when the host leaves the room in the regular 21-6 servers. Freezing will start either right before the match starts, or right before the match ends.

I'll post here, on GamingProjects, and as a message in Orbz when the network problems are cleared up.

The problem ends up being that the Orbz Game Server can't connect to the Orbz Web Server (that does all the ranking). Both of these machines are on the HomeLAN network and there is apparently a routing issue between them. At any rate, I have a support ticket open with HomeLAN and hopefully the problems will be resolved soon.I'll post here, on GamingProjects, and as a message in Orbz when the network problems are cleared up.

Unfortunately not - it's brutal! We are looking now to migrate the ranking servers to another ISP because this support from HomeLAN is pitiful. If things go smooth, we should be transitioned sometime this week.
